Omega Sports Academy International provides student housing options for full-time students.

Quail Rise Apartments Student Housing, located at 2015 E Pinetree Blvd, offers accommodation for students. With 33 units available, each apartment hosts up to four students per room, with a shared bathroom. The residence hall includes amenities such as a laundry facility, swimming pool, and common area. The cost for Quail Rise Apartments is $7,040 per academy year (9 months), which includes a Full Meal Plan offering 19 meals per week.

Each unit is furnished with two twin XL beds or bunk beds, two dressers, and a desk and chair for each student. Residents are responsible for providing their own television.

Immunization Policy

​

All student-athletes at Omega Sports Academy International are required to reside in student housing unless they meet one of the following exceptions:

 

• Currently residing  45mins or less from Thomasville.

• Have submitted a special consideration request.

• If you would like to request an exemption from on-campus housing, please complete the form provided above and return it to official.omegasportsacademy@gmail.com.

 

Housing Assignments:

Upon acceptance, students must complete a Housing Application and pay the reservation fee.

​

On-campus housing is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. While applicants may request a specific dorm, placement is not guaranteed due to various factors. To secure housing, students should promptly complete the housing application on the website and submit the $300 room reservation fee. Space is limited to the first 40 completed applications.

Alternative housing options sponsored by the academy may become available based on demand. We anticipate offering this option once there is significant demand for student housing.
