Immunization Requirement:

Omega Sports Academy International mandates a record of immunization for students attending on-campus classes. Resident students are required to present a record of immunization before being allowed to move into a residence hall.

 

The following immunizations are required: measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, tetanus-diphtheria, and hepatitis B. While not mandatory, meningitis vaccinations are strongly recommended. Georgia law necessitates either receiving a meningitis vaccination or waiving this immunization.

 

Failure to provide the necessary documentation may result in students being barred from campus until the paperwork is submitted. The record of immunization will be securely stored and will remain valid throughout the student's enrollment at the academy. This policy aims to safeguard students against preventable communicable diseases and mitigate the risk of outbreaks on the Omega Sports Academy International and Student Housing campus.
